The 80-word limit forces it to stay punchy. The compliment instruction stops it from opening with "Hi, my name is..." Fill in your role (freelance copywriter, UX designer, video editor) and the type of company you're targeting, and you'll have a message worth sending.

Prompt 2: Proposal Executive Summary

Clients don't read proposals — they skim them. The first thing they see is the executive summary, and most freelancers write it like a list of deliverables instead of a pitch. Fix that with this:

"I'm writing a proposal for [project] for [client name]. Here's my scope: [paste]. Write an executive summary that sells the value, not the features."

Paste your scope bullet points directly in and let ChatGPT translate "4 rounds of revisions" into "a final design you're confident enough to launch." That reframe is what separates a proposal that wins from one that sits in their inbox.

"My client is asking for [out-of-scope request] but our contract covers [original scope]. Write a polite but firm response that explains the additional cost without damaging the relationship."
